摘要
为解决上社煤业9206综采工作面回采期间上隅角瓦斯超限和采空区瓦斯治理难题,提出了采用超大直径钻孔代替原有联络巷密闭墙压管抽排采空区瓦斯。通过实验表明,该技术相较于巷道抽排瓦斯,具有高负压、高流量、高浓度、大流量优势和经济合理的优点,有效解决了采空区瓦斯抽采效率低下的问题,为高瓦斯矿井回采工作面“U”型通风采空区瓦斯治理提供新方法。
To solve the problems of gas exceeding the limit in the upper corner and gas control in the goaf during the mining period of 9206 fully mechanized working face of Shangshe Coal Industry,it is proposed to use ultra-large diameter drilling holes instead of the original sealed wall pressure pipes in the crossheading to extract gas from the goaf.Through experiments,it has been shown that this technology has the advantages of high negative pressure,high flow rate,high concentration,large flow rate,and economic rationality compared to gas drainage by roadway.It effectively solves the problem of low gas extraction efficiency in goaf,and provides a new method for gas control in the U-type ventilation goaf of high gas mines.
