国内六家卷烟厂生产制造能力综合测试与评价分析

Comprehensive Testing and Evaluation of the Manufacturing Capacity of Cigarette Factories in China

为了解国内进行过技术改造的卷烟厂的生产制造能力现状,本文选取了国内6家经历过技术改造的卷烟厂,从卷烟工艺、制丝过程、产品质量和生产消耗四个方面进行综合测试与评价。结果表明,技术改造后的卷烟厂的生产制造水平,能够满足企业高质量卷烟生产的需要,但仍需调整优化生产线以降低消耗,提高效率。

In order to understand the current status of the production and manufacturing capacity of cigarette factories in China that have undergone technological transformation,six domestic cigarette manufacturers that have undergone technological transformation were selected for comprehensive testing and evaluation in four aspects:process quality,process capacity,product quality and production consumption.The results show that the production and manufacturing level of cigarette manufacturers after the technological transformation can meet the needs of high-quality development of enterprises,but still need to adjust and optimize production lines to reduce consumption and improve efficiency.
