基于S7-1200PLC的双泵热备污水提升监控系统

摘要 本文针对传统地下污水处理系统技术落后、故障率高、维修困难等问题,设计出了一套以西门子S7-1200逻辑控制器为控制核心的智能污水提升系统。该系统通过传感器采集液位、硫化氢气体的浓度实现反馈控制,并采用多泵热切换控制模式,通过增设一台格栅机来实现污水和杂物的分离,使得整个设备在运行过程中实现了免清掏以及污水的密闭排放,同时设备配备了远程监控接口,并设计了上位机组态监控软件,实现对污水提升系统的统一监控和故障报警。该系统具有故障自投、自动轮换等实用功能,系统自动化程度高、无人值守、管理方便,可以保障维修人员的人身安全。 An intelligent sewage lifting system based on Siemens S7-1200 programmable logic controller(PLC)as the control core has been designed to address the issues with outdated technology,high failure rate and maintenance difficulties in the traditional underground sewage treatment system.The feedback control is achieved by collecting the liquid level and hydrogen sulfide gas concentration data,and the system employs a multi-pump hot switch control mode.The separation of sewage and debris is achieved by incorporating a grating machine,enabling clean and closed sewage discharge throughout the operation process.Additionally,the equipment is equipped with a remote monitoring interface,and the upper computer configuration monitoring software is designed to provide the unified monitoring and fault alarm capabilities of the sewage lifting system.Practical operation has demonstrated that it is highly automated,unattended and easy to manage,ensuring the personal safety of maintenance personnel.
