我国涉外法治人才培养困境及其出路 被引量:2

摘要 涉外法治工作的开展将助力我国深度参与国际事务,培养优秀涉外法治人才是我国涉外法治工作顺利开展的必经之路,有利于我国“一带一路”倡议等经贸合作的开展和解决存在的各类争端问题。当前我国涉外法治人才培养仍旧处于探索阶段,存在着高校培养模式落后、实务部门需求错位、评价机制不完善等问题。为更好解决当前培养困境,应当着眼于涉外法治人才中应用型人才的方向,建议通过实务部门明确培养导向。高校培养对接需求并且积极学习他国涉外法治人才培养经验,同时根植家国情怀、推动我国涉外法治人才教育模式革新,建立专门人才队伍、助力我国参与国际法治的进程。 The foreign⁃related legal work will help our country to deeply participate in international practice,and training excellent for⁃eign⁃related legal talents is the necessary way to successfully develop our foreign⁃related legal work,which is beneficial to the develop⁃ment of economic and trade cooperation,such as the Belt and Road and the solutions of various disputes.At present,the training of for⁃eign⁃related legal talents is in initial stage,and there are still some hard problems,including backward training modes of colleges and u⁃niversities,dislocation of demand in practical departments,and imperfect evaluation mechanism.In order to better solve the current training difficulties,we should focus on the direction of application⁃oriented talents among foreign⁃related legal talents.It is suggested that practical departments should clarify the training guidance,and universities should meet the training needs,actively learning from other countries’experiences.We should also be rooted in our patriotic enthusiasm to reform educational modes of our foreign⁃related le⁃gal talents,and build a team of specialized talents to help our country participate in the process of international rule of law.
