Practice and Exploration of Design Management Consulting in the Qinwang"City Eye"Project in Fuyang

重大建设项目高效、高质量实施离不开全过程工程咨询,全过程工程咨询具有形式多样性与方法灵活性,其中设计管理与设计咨询无疑是最重要的两块组成部分。文章介绍并探讨设计牵头的全过程设计管理咨询这一创新模式。首先综合阐述设计管理咨询的思想与方法,后对其组成部分:设计管理、设计咨询、进度控制、造价控制,以及BIM技术运用等结合实际工程进行分析与探讨。实践证明,该模式可以有效提升重大建设项目的实际价值。

The efficient and high-quality implementation of key construction projects cannotbe separated from whole-process engineering consulting.There are multiple ways andflexible methods for whole-process engineering consulting,of which design managementandconsulting are undoubtedly the two most important parts.This paper describedand discussed the innovative model of whole-process design management consulting led bydesign.First,the ideas and methods of design management consulting were set forthcomprehensively,and then its components were analyzed and discussed based on actualprojects,including design management,design consulting,schedule control,cost control,and the application of the Building Information Modeling(BIM)technology.In practice,this model proved to be effective inimproving the actual value of major construction projects.
