城市更新是对城市景观和空间结构的活态升级,近年来我国进入经济发展的新常态,城市更新被列为新的国家战略。文章基于城市更新的背景,解读老旧小区更新的理念、意义及保护路径,深度剖析老旧小区由粗放化向精细化的有机更新,探讨如何在“拆”的基础上形成对建筑、景观和公共设施的柔性建设,坚持在以人为本的理念下重新激发城市活力。

Urban renewal is a live upgrade of the urban landscape and spatial structure.In recent years,China has entered the New Normal of economic development,and urban renewal has been listed as a new national strategy.Based on the background of urban renewal,this paper interprets the concept,significance,and protection path of the renewal of old residential areas,deeply analyzes the organic renewal of old residential areas from extensive to delicacy,and explores how to form flexible construction of buildings,landscapes,and public facilities on the basis of"demolition"and restimulate urban vitality by constantly following the people-oriented concept.
