摘要
研究了当前我国污染源自动监测技术应用在生态环保工作中存在的不足,针对监测设备产权不清、监测数据可信度不高、基层部门管理不力等问题,提出了生态环保职能部门应以物联网为核心,利用现代信息技术组建动态监测环境污染数据并自动分析预警平台,同时要加强对污染源监测平台的建设与管理力度,采用第三方管理模式定期检测监控设备,确保监测数据真实、可信,确保生态环保工作有的放矢。
This paper studies the shortcomings of the current automatic pollution source monitoring technology in the application of ecological and environmental protection.Aiming at the problems such as unclear property rights of monitoring equipment,low credibility of monitoring data and ineffective management of grass-roots departments,it proposes that ecological and environmental protection functional d epartments should take the Internet ofThings as the core and use modern information technology to establish a platform for dynamic monitoring of environmental pollution data and automatic analysis and early warning.At the same time,the construction and management of pollution source monitoring platforms should be strengthened,and third-party management mode should be adopted to regularly test and monitor equipment,so as to ensure that the monitoring data are authentic and reliable,and that ecological and environmental protection work istargeted.
