摘要
以某高校工程为例,针对田径场看台悬挑跨度较大的单柱膜结构埋入式组合型钢柱脚节点展开应用分析,包括深化设计、工厂加工、定位柱脚底板、吊装主副支座、加固框架柱抱柱、浇筑混凝土以及底板灌浆等内容。得出结论:采用埋入式组合型钢柱脚节点可简单、高效、准确地在钢筋笼内安装组合型钢柱脚,不需要定位底板和地脚螺栓,不设置施工缝,一次性浇筑成型,可以保证结构承载力,节省人力和工期,避免后期开裂隐患,提高预埋件安装效率。
Taking a university project as an example,this paper analyzes the application ofthe column foot nodes of single-column membrane structure with large cantilever span in the athletic field,including deepening design,factory processing,positioning of column foot bottom plate,hoisting of the main support,strengthening the frame column holding column,pouring concrete and grouting of the bottom plate,et..Conclusion:the embedded-type composite steel column foot joint can be used to install the composite steel column foot in the steel cage simply,efficiently and accurately,without locating the bottom plate and anchor bolts,without setting construction joints,one-time pouring molding,can ensure the bearing capacity of the structure,save manpower and construction period,avoid the potential cracking in the later stage,and improve the installation efficiency of embedded parts.
