以新建G340改线工程上跨太焦铁路立交桥钢梁吊装施工为背景,介绍了该工程的施工关键技术,详细分析了吊车的平面布置、吊点位置确定和布置,从施工准备、钢梁加工及拼装、场地布置、吊机选择、基础处理、钢梁吊装等方面介绍了上跨营业线钢梁吊装施工技术,同时提出了上跨营业线施工的操作方法及安全保证措施。

On the background of steel beam hoisting construction of overpass upper cross TaijJiao railway in the new G340 rerouting project,the key construction technologies of this project are introduced.The plane layout,location determination and arrangement of lifting point of crane are analyzed in detail.From the aspects of construction preparation,steel beam processing and assembly,site layout,crane selection,foundation treatment,steel beam hoisting and so on,the construction technology of steel beam hoisting of upper cross business line is introduced.At the same time,the operation method and safety guarantee measures of construction ofupper cross business line are put forward.
