摘要
为研究砂岩地区城市地铁暗挖车站非爆机械开挖技术,以重庆地铁暗挖车站为例,通过大小破碎锤组合、水磨钻+劈裂、破碎锤+潜孔钻、悬臂掘进机、破碎锤+双盘岩石锯5种机械开挖组合方法进行现场试验,对比分析施工工效和适应性,总结出不同工况下最高效和经济的非爆机械开挖施工技术。
In order to study the non-blasting mechanical excavation technology of underground station of urban metro in sandstone area,this paper takes Chongqing underground station as an example,through the field test of five mechanical excavation combination methods:large or small crushing hammer combination,hydraulic grinding drill+splitting,crushing hammer+DMM drill,cantilever boring machine,crushing hammer+double-disc rock saw,the construction efficiency and adaptability are compared and analyzed.The most efficient and economical excavation technology ofnon-explosive machinery under different working conditions is summarized.
