共同富裕背景下黑龙江乡村振兴战略路径探析

Exploring the Path of Heilongjiang Rural Revitalization Strategy in the Context of Common Wealth

共同富裕是中国式现代化的重要特征,是中华儿女一直以来的美好愿景。乡村振兴作为巩固脱贫攻坚成果,推进农业农村现代化是建设社会主义现代化强国扎实推进共同富裕的历史性任务。黑龙江省作为农业大省,理应作为农业农村实践探索的排头兵,对于推动中国乡村振兴战略落实发展意义非凡,然而,在战略落实过程中仍浮现诸多问题。目前,政策推进主要应着眼于黑龙江省在民生保障短板、城乡协同困难、数字农业推行效果甚微等困境进行探讨。为了解决这些困境,应在完善农村社会保障水平、提高农民收入、发挥正向因素的推动作用与补齐短板相结合以及攻破数字农业助力方面着手,助力实现中华民族伟大复兴的艰巨任务。

Common prosperity is an important feature of Chinese-style modernization and has always been the beautiful vision of Chinese children.Rural revitalization as consolidating the achievements of poverty eradication and promoting the modernization of agriculture and rural areas is a historical task of building a strong socialist modern country to solidly promote common prosperity.As a large agricultural province,Heilongjiang Province is supposed to be the leader of agricultural and rural practice exploration,which is of great significance to promote the implementation and development of China's rural revitalization strategy,however,many problems still emerge in the process of strategy implementation.At present,policy promotion should mainly focus on the difficulties in Hei-longjiang Province,such as shortage of livelihood protection,difficulties in urban-rural cooperation,and little effect of digital agriculture implementation.In order to solve these dilemmas,we should start to improve the level of so-cial security in rural areas,raise farmers'income,combine the promotion of positive factors with the remediation of shortcomings,and overcome the digital agriculture to help achieve the difficult task of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
