新时代我国榜样教育的价值指向鲜明特征和现实进路

The Distinctive Features of Value Orientation and Realistic Progress of Role Model Education in China in the New Era

榜样教育在党和国家事业发展中具有特殊功能和重要地位。党的十八大以来,鉴于我国面临新形势和新任务,榜样教育进行了许多新的伟大实践,对助推中国速度、赓续中国精神、凝聚中国力量、彰显中国智慧意义重大。展示出凸显党员先锋模范作用、发挥纪念表彰大会影响、拓宽榜样育人工作形式等鲜明特征。新时代推动我国榜样教育的现实进路可向以下四个方面不断推进:一是深化理论研究,回归榜样教育基础理论;二是突出问题导向,探寻榜样教育现实问题;三是强化实践效果,推动榜样教育落地生根;四是加快制度建设,实现榜样教育纵深发展。

Education by example has a special function and an important position in the development of the Party and the state.Since the 18th Party Congress,in view of the new situation and new tasks facing China,role model education has carried out many new great practices,which are of great significance in boosting China's speed,continuing China's spirit,gathering China's strength and manifesting China's wisdom.It demonstrates distinctive features such as highlighting the pioneering and exemplary role of party members,exerting the influence of commemorative commendation conferences,and broadening the form of role model education work.The realistic way to promote role model education in China in the new era can be continuously promoted in the following four aspects:first,deepening theoretical research and returning to the basic theory of role model education;second,highlighting problem-oriented and exploring the realistic problems of role model education;third,strengthening practical effects and promoting role model education to take root;fourth,accelerating system construction and realizing the deep development of role model education.
