“双区建设”背景下深圳社区心理服务的实践与思考

Practice and reflection of community psychological services in Shenzhen under the background of"Dual Area Construction"

“双区建设”对城市的社会治理智能化与专业化水平和社会心理服务能力提出了更高的要求。深圳社区心理服务在线上线下相结合的“双线模式”的心理服务路径、政校社协同的心理服务格局和个性化的心理服务内容等方面具备鲜明特色,但目前仍存在专业人员匮乏、居民疾病羞耻感较强、政策支持力度有待提升和工作人员职业发展有待健全等问题。建议从政府职能、人员配置、宣传引导和激发自助等方面健全社区心理服务机制。

Higher requirements are needed for the level of intelligent and professional social governance and capacity for social psychological services during the"Dual Area Construction".The community psychological services in Shenzhen have unique characteristics in terms of psychological service path of online and offline combination mode,psychological service pattern of government-school-community collaboration,and personalized psychological service content.However,there are still problems such as lack of professionals,strong sense of disease shame among residents,insufficient policy support,and incomplete career development of personnel.It is suggested to improve the community psychological service mechanism from the aspects of government functions,personnel allocation,publicity and guidance,and self-service motivation.
