基于有限元模拟的通讯机箱板冲铆工艺与质量研究

摘要 针对通讯机箱板冲铆点特征,基于Abaqus软件建立冲铆有限元模拟模型,并以凹模半径、凸台底部半径、凸台高度、凹模深度为影响因子,设计4因素3水平冲铆试验方案,开展9组冲铆模拟试验;以底部切除量、底部厚度、钉头高度和剩余厚度为分析目标,研究冲铆模参数对成形后接头质量的影响规律。试验结果显示:冲铆模参数对钉头高度影响较小,模具零件半径对接头质量影响反应最灵敏,优化模具零件半径可以改善冲铆质量。 According to the characteristics of the piercing riveting points of the communication case board,the finite element simulation model of piercing riveting was established based on Abaqus software.Taking the radius of concave die,the bottom radius of lug boss,the height of lug boss and the depth of concave die as the influence factors,the piercing riveting test scheme with four factors and three levels was designed,and nine groups of piercing riveting simulation tests were carried out.Taking undercut value,bottom thickness,rivet head height and residual thick-ness as analysis targets,the influence rule of piercing riveting die parameters on the joint quality af-ter riveting was studied.The test results showed that the piercing riveting die parameters had little effect on the rivet head height,and the radius of die part had the most sensitive effect on the joint quality,and optimizing the radius of the die part could effectively improve the rivet quality.
