摘要
依托企业30余款车型853个冲压件,对影响车型材料利用率评价结果的前提条件进行研究。结果表明:零件材料利用率算法、冲压件加工深度、厢型等前提条件对车型材料利用率评价结果存在较大影响,建立车型材料利用率评价结果影响量值转换表,为不同车型、不同主机厂之间进行车型材料利用率对标提供了一种解决途径和实践支撑。
Based on 853 stamping parts from over 30 cars of the enterprise,the precondition affect-ing evaluation results of car material utilization rate were studied.The results showed that the ma-terial utilization rate algorithm,the working depth of stamping parts,and the type of car had great influence on the evaluation results of the car material utilization rate.The conversion table of the influence value of the evaluation results of the car material utilization rate was established,which provided a solution and practical support for the benchmarking of the material utilization rate be-tween different car and different original equipment manufacturer.
