摘要
OpenAI实验室最新推出的对话型语言模型ChatGPT,是数智时代的一个重要应用创新,对各行业领域产生了重大影响,尤其对图书情报领域具有重要意义。面对ChatGPT强大的自然语言能力、多领域知识覆盖、高度自适应能力以及多场景应用能力等特点,图书情报领域机遇与挑战同在。ChatGPT在图书情报领域的文本摘要、文献自动化筛选、智能服务以及情报分析方面都具有深远的影响。同时,其应用也存在数据源、知识结构以及隐私安全等方面的挑战。基于此,本文还提出了在应对ChatCPT等人工智能技术时,图书情报领域应采取的措施,以有效促进图书情报领域的发展和应用。
ChatGPT,the latest conversational language model launched by OpenAI Lab,is an important application innovation in the age of digital intelligence,which has a significant impact on various industries,especially in the field of library and information.In the face of ChatGPT's powerful natural language ability,multi-domain knowledge coverage,highly adaptive ability and multi-scene application ability,there are both opportunities and challenges in the library and information science field.ChatGPT has a profound impact on text summarization,automated literature screening,intelligent services,and intelligence analysis in the field of library and information science.At the same time,its application also has the challenge of data source,knowledge structure and privacy security.Based on this,this paper also puts forward the measures that should be taken in the field of library and information science when dealing with the artificial intelligence technology such as ChatGPT,so as to effectively promote the development and application of library and information fieid.
