摘要
微电网源-网-荷一体,是分布式能源互联网在产业园区的重要应用形式,也是未来智能配电网的重要组成部分。微电网的设备选型与优化配置不仅受限于建设所处的地理环境、气候条件,同时也需要考虑当地的电网接入条件和负荷情况,综合考虑可靠性和经济性等因素选择合理的设计方案。以河北省一个园区的工程案例为例,对其自有园区微电网典型设计方案进行了分析。该方案基于项目所处区域的风资源、光照资源,以及现有的发电单元和中长期负荷预测,通过新增光伏发电、微燃机冷热电联供、风电等清洁供能技术,实现对现有园区配电网的改造,所建微电网具有较强的示范性,同时也提升了园区整体供能的经济性,具有较好的推广价值。
The integration of source,network and load of microgrid was an important application of distributed energy Internet in industrial parks and an important part of intelligent distribution network in the future.The equip ment selection and optimal configuration of the microgrid were not only limited by the geographical environment and climatic conditions of the construction site,but also needed to consider the local power grid access conditions and load conditions,and choosed a reasonable design scheme with comprehensive consideration of reliability,economy and other factors.Based on the case study of an industrial park in Hebei Province,the typical design scheme of microgrid in the park was analyzed.Based on the wind resources and illumination resources of the project area,as well as the existing power generation units and the medium and long-term load prediction,this scheme realized the transformation of the existing distribution network of the park through the addition of clean energy supply technologies such as photovoltaic power generation,micro-gas turbine combined cold and hot power supply,wind power and so on.The micro-grid built had a strong demonstration role,and also improved the overall energy supply economy of the park,showing good promotion value.
