档案文献始终是历史学研究的基础,俄罗斯最近公布和出版的《苏俄的远东政策(1920—1922年)》,是研究东方革命和中国革命的极其重要的依据。该书编辑者和出版者利用俄罗斯新西伯利亚州国家档案馆的馆藏资源,对已经解密的1920—1922年间俄共(布)中央委员会西伯利亚局和西伯利亚革命委员会的部分文件进行整编,并出版了档案文献集。此档案文献集成为探究苏联远东政策,尤其是中共与联共(布)和共产国际关系极其重要的依据。

Archival documents have always been the foundation of historical research and are key to exploring Soviet Far East policy,particularly the relationships between the Chinese Communist Party,the Communist Party of the Soviet Union(Bolsheviks),and the Comintern.Recently published by Russia,"Soviet East Asian Policy(1920-1922)"is an extremely important basis for studying the East Asian and Chinese revolutions.The editor and publisher of the book utilized resources from the Russian State Archives of Novosibirsk Oblast to compile and publish a collection of archival documents,which includes some of the declassified documents from the Siberian Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union(Bolsheviks)and the Siberian Revolutionary Committee from 1920 to 1922.
