摘要
为探究大学生压力、情绪智力与心理健康之间的相关关系,本研究采用基本情况问卷、《情绪智力量表(EIS)》《大学生压力量表》和《症状自评量表(SCL-90)》对1077名青海高校大学生进行测查,并构建调节作用模型。研究结果表明:大学生的情绪智力状况方面总体上处于中等偏上状态,压力处于较高压力状态,心理处于基本健康状态。在压力与心理健康的两者关系中,情绪智力起着调节作用。建议:社会应为大学生的心理健康发展构建良好的氛围;学校应以思政教育和心理健康教育相结合的心理健康教育体系维护和提升青海省高校大学生的心理健康水平;家庭应为孩子创设健康的情绪氛围,引导孩子正确认识、表达以及掌控自己的情绪;大学生自身应学会自我调节策略,主动调控自身情绪,形成稳定良好的情绪状态,促进心理健康发展。
In order to explore the correlation between stress,emotional intelligence and mental health.Basic information questionnaire,Emotional Intelligence Scale(EIS),College Students Stress Scale and Symptoms Self-evaluation Scale(SCL-90)were used to test 1,077 college students in Qinghai,and constructed a regulatory model.The results show that the emotional intelligence of college students is generally on average,the pressure is in a high state,and the psychologicalcondition is in a basic health state.In the relationship between stress and mental health,emotional intelligence plays a regulatory role.Suggestions:The society should build a good environment for the development of college students;schools should maintain and improve the mental health education system and improve the mental health level of college students in Qinghai Province by combined with ideological and political education;families should create a healthy emotional circumstance for children,guide them to establish rightcognition,express and control their emotions;college students should learn the self-regulation strategy and actively regulate their emotions to form a stable and fine emotional state and promote the development of mental health.
