摘要
数字创新生态的国际化演进对于整合异质性创新资源、提高生态国际竞争力具有重要的理论和现实意义,然而从本土化创新到国际化创新的转型过程尚不明确。基于生态演进理论和超循环理论,以海尔HOPE创新生态平台为研究对象,从在位企业视角出发,对“基于平台的数字创新生态如何实现国际化”这一问题展开嵌入式单案例研究,归纳出生态演进动因、演进条件识别、数字平台嵌入、主体超循环演进、内部主体协同、外部合法获取等六个理论维度,进而构建出包含“国际化准备—国际化推进—国际化稳固”三个阶段的数字创新生态国际化演进机理的过程模型。
With the advancement of a new round of information technology revolution represented by 5G,big data,and artificial intelligence,the innovation activities of enterprises are increasingly dependent on the digital innovation ecosystem.In the era characterized by volatile,uncertain,complex and ambiguous,internationalization,as an important development strategy of digital innovation ecosystem,can integrate heterogeneous innovation resources worldwide,improve the international competitiveness and international influence of ecology.Thus,it help enterprises establish sustainable competitive advantages.However,the existing literature pays more attention to the innovation internationalization behavior at the micro-enterprise level,and still lacks attention to the innovation internationalization at the macro-ecosystem level.In particular,the transformation process of the innovation ecosystem from localized innovation to international innovation under the new digital scenario is not clear.The internationalization process and inner mechanism of digital innovation ecosystem are explored,by adopting ecosystem co-evolution theory and the hypercycle theory as reference theories.Digital innovation ecosystem is usually dominated by incumbent enterprises as the core subject,and the"designed"evolution is carried out under the leadership of the core subject.Therefore,based on the leader's perspective,the study chooses the digital innovation ecosystem based on Haier's HOPE innovation ecosystem platform as the research object,and conducts an embedded single case study on the core issue of"how the platform-based digital innovation ecosystem can achieve internationalization".The main findings are as follows:First,the international evolution of digital innovation ecosystem includes six theoretical dimensions,such as ecosystem evolution motivation,evolution condition identification,digital platform embedding,subject hypercycle evolution,internal subject coordination,and external legitimacy acquisition.Thirteen themes includes external resource endowments,internal strategy projection,international environmental scanning,digital infrastructure coordination,digital channel connectivity,digital resource sharing,users coenosis hypercycle,innovation coenosis hypercycle,service coenosis hypercycle,digital culture integration,trust mechanism establishment,institutional environment support,and connection with other ecosystems.Second,based on the theory of ecosystem co-evolution theory,a process model of the evolution mechanism of digital innovation ecosystem internationalization are constructed,concluding three stages internationalization preparation stage,internationalization promotion stage and internationalization stability stage.The cosystem interior has experienced a transformation process from relatively close to relatively loose coupling structure.The whole evolution is carried out step by step from the core layer to the edge layer.Third,the hypercycle theory is used to further identify the dynamic relationship and internal logic of multi-agent co-evolution in the internationalization stage,and construct a multi-level spiral evolution framework of"subject-community-ecology"in this stage.
