摘要
随着科技发展,手机更新换代的频率加快,手机的报废量已经超出了现有手机回收处理的能力。文章主要针对废旧手机的逆向物流回收问题展开研究,通过对废旧手机逆向物流回收现状分析,以手机制造企业回收整体效益最高为最终目标,对三种主流的废旧手机逆向物流回收模式进行量化对比分析,并运用AHP-SWOT结合的方法,构建了逆向物流回收模式模型。通过分析找出废旧手机的逆向回收物流过程中存在的问题,并提出相应的解决措施,加快废旧手机逆向物流回收的发展。
As the fast-developing technology has accelerated the update of mobile phones,the amount of the discarded mobile phones exceeded the capability to recycle the phones.The reverse recycling logistics of waste mobile phones was studied in this thesis.With the final aim of helping the manufacturing enterprises of mobile phones achieve the highest overall effectiveness,three reverse logistic recycling modes were compared and studied quantitatively through the analysis of the current situation of reverse recycling logistics mode of discarded mobile phones.Meanwhile,the reverse logistics recycling mode was constructed by using the method of AHP-SWOT.With the problems in the reverse recycling logistics process being found out through the above analysis,the corresponding solutions were put forward to enhance the development of reverse recycling logistics of discarded mobile phones.
