从两《唐书·韩愈传》的比较看韩愈形象演变

A Comparison Study of Hanyu’s Image in the Two Versions of Book of Tang

《新唐书》与《旧唐书》是在不同时代背景下产生的历史文献,二者皆为韩愈立传。但两篇传记在内容安排上有所不同,其差异主要呈现于有关韩愈的生平家世、品性好尚、政治经历、采摭古文、概括评价以及对于传记的整体安排上。通过对二传载文差异的分析,可以发现其中呈现出的韩愈形象随着时代的变化发生了演变,析其原因也进一步透视出两《唐书》在时代与撰者的共同作用下所产生的不同文学史观。

The New Book of Tang and The Old Book of Tang are historical documents produced in different contexts,and both provided biography of Han Yu.However,the two biographies differ in the arrangement of content,mainly in the biography of Han Yu’s family,character,political experience,collection of ancient texts,general evaluation,and overall arrangement of the biography.An analysis of the differences between the two biographies revealed that the image of Han Yu evolved with the changing times,and the reasons for this further revealed the different views of literary history that emerged from the combined effect of the times and the writers of the two books.
