省级公共图书馆儿童数字阅读资源建设与服务:现状、问题与优化策略 被引量:1

Resource Development and Service of Children's Digital Reading in Provincial Public Libraries in China:Current Situation,Problems and Optimization Strategies

摘要 数字阅读已逐渐成为儿童阅读的主要方式之一。省级公共图书馆具有数字阅读资源与服务优势,但面向儿童群体的数字阅读资源建设与服务有待完善。通过文献调查归纳儿童数字阅读服务要求,即分级性、生动性、便利性和指导性,以此为依据,通过网络调查对我国32个省级公共图书馆的儿童数字阅读资源建设与服务现状进行分析,涉及资源组织、资源内容、资源访问和利用渠道、数字阅读活动模式。存在的问题有:分级理念贯彻不足、资源配置存在差距、资源组织程度不高、特色活动品牌化意识和影响力不强。优化策略包括:落实资源与服务分级理念;构建儿童数字阅读资源共享联盟;强化平台资源组织;兼顾内容质量控制与儿童数字素养教育;通过多元合作扩大特色活动品牌影响力。 Digital reading has gradually become one of the main ways of children reading.Provincial public libraries have the advantages of digital reading resources and services,but that for children need to be improved.Based on literature,this paper summarizes the requirements of children's digital reading resource development and services,including classification,vividness,convenience and guidance.Then the current situation in 32 provincial public libraries in China is analyzed through network survey,including resource content,resource organization,resource access and utilization channels,digital reading activity patterns.The current problems are as follows:insufficient grading development,imbalanced resource allocation,low resource organization,and lack of brand awareness and influence of featured activities.Thus,the following optimization strategies are proposed:implementing resource and service grading concept,developing children's digital reading resource sharing alliance,strengthening platform resource organization,attaching importance to content quality and children's digital literacy education,and expanding the brand influence of featured activities via diversified cooperation.
