肿瘤相关性抑郁焦虑的研究进展

Research progress on anxiety and depression of patients with tumor

肿瘤患者逐年增多,对癌症患者进行综合照料管理,以期延长生存期、提高生活质量,仍属待发展领域。研究发现肿瘤患者有较高的焦虑、抑郁等精神心理异常发病率,且直接影响患者的治疗和预后。笔者从肿瘤相关性焦虑、抑郁等精神心理异常的基础研究进展与临床治疗等方面进行综述,以期采取有效措施积极干预肿瘤患者的心理问题,提高我国肿瘤患者综合治疗的疗效。

The number of patients with tumor is increasing year by year.Comprehensive rehabilitation management for cancer patients to prolong the survival period and improve the quality of life is still under development.The author reviews the epidemiology,pathogenic factors,pathological mechanism,diagnosis and treatment progress of tumor-related anxiety and depression,in order to take effective measures to prevent and treat the mental disorders of tumor patients and look forward to the comprehensive management of tumor patients.
