乳腺癌幸存者未满足需求的影响因素及与生活质量的关系研究

Influencing factors of unmet needs in breast cancer survivors and its relationship with quality of life

目的探讨乳腺癌幸存者未满足需求的高危因素及对生活质量的影响。方法选取2019年3月至2020年6月该院门诊及病房复诊的乳腺癌幸存者309例作为研究对象,采用癌症患者未满足需求简明量表(SF-SUNS)、生活质量评价量表-12(SF-12)评估其未满足需求及生活质量。结果309例乳腺癌幸存者平均SF-SUNS总分为(75.7±5.6)分,SF-SUNS得分与SF-12得分呈负相关,年龄、教育水平、化疗、内分泌治疗是未满足需求的影响因素,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌幸存者未满足需求较高,且与生活质量密切相关,在临床工作中应加强管理并给予针对性干预。

Objective To explore the high risk factors of unmet needs in breast cancer survivors and its relationship with quality of life.Methods A total of 309 breast cancer survivors who were hospitalized in the outpatient department and wards of Fujian Cancer Hospital from March 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the study subjects.The short-form survivor unmet needs survey(SF-SUNS)and 12 item medical outcomes study short form(SF-12)were used to evaluate the unmet needs and quality of life.Results The total score of unmet needs of 309 breast cancer survivors was(75.7±5.6)scores.The total score of unmet needs was negatively correlated with the score of quality of life.Age,education level,chemotherapy and endocrine therapy were the factors influencing the total score of unmet needs,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The unmet needs of breast cancer survivors are high,which is closely related to the quality of life.Management should be strengthened and targeted intervention should be given in clinical work.
