摘要 缺血再灌注损伤(IRI)是一个多因素介导的、加重的肝细胞损伤的病理过程。在肝脏IRI过程中导致肝细胞损伤甚至死亡的机制多样而复杂,涉及多种类型的细胞与生物分子之间的相互作用。其中,氧化应激与炎症反应是加重肝脏IRI的关键过程。研究肝脏IRI相关损伤的机制对于探索治疗策略是至关重要的。本文总结了氧化应激及炎症反应参与肝脏IRI的发生机制,并基于这些机制讨论了减少肝脏IRI的防治策略。 Ischemia-reperfusion injury(IRI)is a multi-factor mediated and aggravated pathological process of hepatocyte injury.The mechanism of liver cell injury or death during liver IRI is diverse and complex,involving the interaction between various types of cells and biomolecules.Among them,oxidative stress and inflammatory reaction are the key processes to aggravate liver IRI.Studying the mechanism of liver IRI related injury is crucial for exploring treatment strategies.In this part,we summarized the mechanism of oxidative stress and inflammatory reaction involved in liver IRI.Based on these mechanisms,we discussed the prevention and treatment strategies to reduce liver IRI.
