摘要
氮化物陶瓷具有优异的耐高温、抗腐蚀、耐磨损性能,是一类应用广泛的结构功能材料。采用烧结方式制备结构与性能满足要求的氮化物陶瓷材料,有必要首先合成符合一定纯度和烧结活性的氮化合物粉体。本文综述了传统产业化氮化物陶瓷粉体的制备技术,以及新型合成技术的研究进展;对现有技术中存在的问题做了归纳总结,并依据国家政策层面的需求和支持提出该领域的发展趋势。
Nitride ceramics possess excellent properties high temperature resistance,corrosion resistance,wear resistance,applied widely as a kind of structural and functional materials.In order to prepare nitride ceramic materials with satisfactory microstructure and properties by sintering method,it is necessary to synthesize nitride powders with certain purity and sintering activity.In this paper,the industrial processing of nitride ceramic powders and the research progress of new synthesis techniques are reviewed.The problems in existing techniques are summarized,and the development trend in this field is proposed according to the needs and support of national policy level.
