思想政治教育视域下新时代研究生党建工作创新发展的理与路

Reasons and Paths of the Innovative Development of the Party Construction Work for Graduate Students in the New Era from the Perspective of Ideological and Political Education

新时代研究生党建工作创新发展是确保党管高校原则、培养时代新人、落实立德树人根本任务。研究生党建工作与思想政治教育是辩证统一、内在联系的,前者为后者提供内容与手段,后者为前者提供指引与导向。新时代研究生党建工作创新发展助力高等教育改革和提高研究生综合素质,但也存在制度机制不完善、活动缺乏创新性与完成度不高等突出问题。在厘清其发展之“理”的同时,有必要从加强思政课建设、紧抓道德与法治教育、开展志愿服务活动、推动党建工作联动、严把培养关口等五方面出发,提出解决之“路”。

The innovative development of the Party building work for graduate students in the new era is to ensure the principle of party management in colleges and universities,cultivate the new generation of young people,and implement the fundamental task of strengthening moral education and cultivating people.The Party building work for graduate students and ideological and political education are dialectically unified and intrinsically connected.The former provides contents and means for the latter,and the latter provides direction and guidance for the former.The innovative development of the Party building work for graduate students in the new era helps the reform of higher education and improves the comprehensive quality of graduate students,but there are also some prominent problems such as the imperfect system and mechanism,and the low degree of innovation and completion.While clarifying the"reasons"of its development,it is necessary to put forward the"paths"to solve the problems from five aspects:strengthening the construction of ideological and political courses,grasping the ethical and legal education,carrying out voluntary service activities,promoting the linkage of Party building work and strictly hold the pass of cultivation.
