“五育并举”视域下高校学生党员历史主动精神的培养路径

Cultivation Paths of the Historical Initiative Spirit of Student Party Members in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of"Educating Five Domains Simultaneously"

党的二十大报告强调要“坚定历史自信,增强历史主动”,历史主动精神是提供内在动力的精神内核。“五育并举”是新时代背景下高校落实立德树人根本任务的重要途径,是将历史主动精神运用到实际工作中的有效手段。高校学生党员是学生群体的先进代表,立足高校学生党员主体和“培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人”的教育目标,从坚持系统观念强化组织建设、坚持问题导向建立创新机制、坚持自我革命搭建人才培养平台三个方面探析发扬历史主动精神的实践路径,有利于促进高校育人质量的提升。

Report to the 2Oth National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasized that China should'strengthen historical confidence and initiative",and the spirit of historical initiative is the spiritual core that provides internal motivation."Educating five domains simultaneously"is an important way for colleges and universities to implement the fundamental task of strengthening moral education and cultivating people in the new era,and is an effective means to apply this spirit to practical work.Student party members in colleges and universities are advanced representatives of student groups.Based on the main body of student party members in colleges and universities and the educational objective of"cultivating socialist builders and successors with allround development of morality,intelligence,physique,aesthetics and labor",this paper explores the practical paths of giving play to the historical initiative spirit from three aspects:insisting on the system concept to strengthen organizational construction,insisting on the problem orientation to establish innovation mechanism,insisting on self-revolution to build a talent training platform,which is conducive to promoting the education quality in colleges and universities.
