摘要
“自主教育个性发展”是指通过自主教育策略促进学生发展自己,完善自己,成为有尊严的人,在德智体美劳全面发展的基础上,进一步激发其创造力和个性潜能,进而实现个性发展,让每个学生都成为最好的自己。坚持这一办学理念,是全面落实立德树人根本任务的需要,是学生健康成长的需要,是新时代人才培养的需要,也是学校改革与发展的需要。学校在这一理念下打造课程新体系,生成自主课堂新模式,明确德育活动新方向,促进了学生的全面发展,同时也推动了自身的特色发展。
"Independent Education and Personality Development"means to promote students to develop and improve themselves to become dignified people through independent education strategies,and to further stimulate their creativity and individual potential on the basis of the all-round development of moral,intelligent,physical,aesthetic,and labor education,so as to realize their individual development and make all students become the best of themselves.Adhering to this educational philosophy is the need to fully implement the fundamental task of strengthening moral education and cultivating people,the need of children's healthy growth,the need of talent training in the new era,and the need of school reform and development.Guided by this philosophy,the school builds a new curriculum system,generates a new model of independent classroom,and defines the new direction of moral education activities,which promotes the all-round development of students and also stimulates its own characteristic development at the same time.
