2019年—2021年杭州市拱墅区6472例常见呼吸道病原体IgM抗体检测结果分析

Analysis of IgM antibody detection results of 6472 cases of common respiratory pathogens in Gongshu District of Hangzhou from 2019 to 2021

摘要 目的了解杭州市拱墅区呼吸道感染患者常见病原体感染的分布情况。方法回顾性分析2019年1月—2021年12月于本院就诊的6472例疑似呼吸道感染者的9种呼吸道病原体IgM抗体检测结果,分析不同性别、年龄、季节和年度呼吸道病原体的感染分布特征。结果6472例患者呼吸道病原体检出率为14.25%(922/6472),Mp检出率最高为12.41%(803/6472),其次为FluB 0.71%(46/6472),PIV 0.37%(24/6472);女性患者呼吸道病原体IgM抗体检测总检出率及Mp和FluB IgM抗体检出率高于男性(P<0.05);呼吸道病原体IgM抗体总检出率和Mp IgM抗体的检出率随年龄增长逐渐下降,FluB IgM抗体的检出率随年龄增长而增加;秋季的呼吸道病原体IgM抗体总检出率和Mp IgM抗体检出率最高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论杭州市拱墅区9种呼吸道病原体检出率以Mp最高,秋季是Mp感染的高发季节,呼吸道病原体的感染与患者年龄、性别、季节和年度有关。 Objective This paper aims to investigate the distribution of common pathogens in patients with respiratory tract infection in Gongshu District of Hangzhou.Methods A total of 6472 patients with suspected respiratory tract infection admit⁃ted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were conducted for the retrospective analysis of IgM antibody detection results of 9 respiratory tract pathogens.The distribution characteristics of respiratory tract pathogens in different genders,ages,seasons and years were analyzed.Results The positive rate of respiratory pathogens in 6472 patients was 14.25%(922/6472),the positive rate of Mp was the highest(12.41%,803/6472),followed by FluB(0.71%,46/6472)and PIV(0.37%,24/6472).The total positive rate of respiratory pathogen IgM antibody and the positive rate of Mp and FluB IgM antibody in female were higher than those in male(P<0.05).The total detection rate of respiratory pathogen IgM antibody and the detection rate of Mp IgM antibody gradually decreased with the increase of age,while the detection rate of FluB IgM antibody increased with the increase of age.The total detection rate of IgM antibody to respiratory pathogens and Mp IgM antibody in autumn were the highest,with the differences statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The detection rate of Mp is the highest in Gongshu District,Hangzhou City.Autumn is the season with the highest incidence of Mp infection,and the infection of respiratory pathogens relates to gender,age,season and year.
