120例摩氏摩根菌的药物敏感性分析

Drug susceptibility analysis of 120 cases of Morganella morganii

目的分析120例摩氏摩根菌的临床分布以及药敏情况,为临床提供用药参考依据。方法对120例摩氏摩根菌的临床分布以及药敏结果进行回顾性分析。结果摩氏摩根菌感染范围广,标本主要来源于尿液(40%)、痰液(29%)和创面分泌物(23%);科室分布以ICU和老年病科为主(均占18%),在泌尿科检出率也较高(13%);感染患者多数患有基础疾病,所检出的摩氏摩根菌对阿米卡星、厄他培南、头孢吡肟、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦、头孢曲松、氨曲南的敏感率较高(>80%);敏感性低于10%的抗生素有氨苄西林、头孢唑林、呋喃妥因、替加环素、阿莫西林/棒酸。结论摩氏摩根菌最常引起泌尿道感染,易感患有基础疾病的人群,治疗上推荐使用阿米卡星、厄他培南、头孢吡肟进行治疗。

Objective The clinical distribution and drug susceptibility of 120 cases of Morganella morganii were analyzed to provide clinical reference for clinical medicine use.Methods The clinical distribution and susceptibility results of 120 cases of Morganella morganii were retrospectively analyzed.Results Morganella morganii infection is widespread with specimens derived mainly from urine(40%),sputum(29%),and wound discharge(23%).The distribution of departments is mainly ICU and geriatrics(both accounting for 18%),and the detection rate in urology is also high(13%).Most infected patients have underlying medical conditions.The detected Morganella morganii had a high sensitivity rate(>80%)to amikacin,ertap⁃enem,cefepime,piperacillin/tazobactam,ceftriaxone,and aztreonam.Antibiotics less than 10%sensitivity are ampicillin,cefazolin,nitrofurantoin,tigecycline,amoxicillin/rodic acid.Conclusion Morganella morganii most commonly causes urinary tract infections and is susceptible to people with underlying diseases.Treatment with amikacin,ertapenem,and cefepime is recommended.
