电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定禾谷类作物中砷、镉、铅的含量 被引量:1

Determination of arsenic,cadmium and lead in cereal crops by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry

摘要 目的建立同时测定禾谷类作物中痕量有害元素含量的ICP-MS分析方法。方法通过增加内标元素提高测定准确性,并对仪器工作参数和检测方法进行优化。采用密闭微波消解技术对样品进行前处理,采用ICP-MS法同时测定禾谷类作物中砷、镉、铅3种元素的含量。结果测定的元素标准曲线线性回归方程相关系数均大于0.9998,各元素的相对标准偏差均小于2.95%,加标回收率为85.0%~104.8%。并用该方法测定了香菇粉(GBW10197)标准物质中上述元素含量,测定结果均在标准值的参考范围内。结论该方法简单、快速,结果准确可靠,可广泛应用禾谷类作物中其他痕量金属元素的同时测定。 Objective This paper aims to establish an inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)method for the determination of trace elements in cereal crop.Methods The accuracy of the determinations was improved by adding inter⁃nal standard elements,and the working parameters of the instrument and the detection method were optimized.The method used closed microwave digestion technology to pretreat the sample,and ICP-MS method was used to simultaneously determine the contents of As,Cd and Pb in cereal crop.Results The correlation coefficients(r)of the linear regression equations of the standard curves of elements determined were all greater than 0.9998,the relative standard deviation of each element were less than 2.95%,and the recoveries were within 85.0%-104.8%.The method was used to determine the above elements in the reference material of Lentinus edodes powder(GBW10197),and the determination results were all within the reference range of the standard values.Conclusion The method is simple,rapid,accurate and reliable,and can be widely used for the simulta⁃neous determination of other trace metal elements in cereal crop.
