摘要
采用三维数字化建模方式,设计了一款回转支承堵头打孔机。该打孔机可以自动排屑、钻头自动进给等功能,无需额外辅助设备。结果表明,该打孔机具有操作便捷,较传统设备加工效率更高,避免了碎屑对加工精度的影响,设备便于维护等特点,切实为企业生产节俭了成本。
A rotary bearing plug drlling machine is designed by using 3D digital modeling method.The drilling machine can automatically discharge chips and automatically feed the drill without additional auxiliary equipment.The results show that the drilling machine has the characteristics of convenient operation,higher processing efficiency than traditional equipment,avoiding the impact of debris on processing accuracy,and easy maintenance of equipment,which effectively saves costs for enterprise production.
