摘要
跑偏严重影响机组的产量和产品质量,甚至造成断带事故。本文根据设计图纸和力学理论,结合现场实例分析了连续生产线带钢跑偏问题产生的原因。研究表明:机械设备制造和安装精度不满足设计要求是引起带钢跑偏的主要因素;来料带钢卷形、板形不良会造成带钢跑偏;成品钢卷内外圈错边除了受设备安装精度的影响外,与穿带张力参数的设置和皮带助卷器的性能有很大的关系;焊缝前后带钢的对中精度会造成带钢过焊缝时跑偏。研究结果经现场考核证明,具有广泛借鉴意义。
Deviation often occurs in the continuous production of strip steel,which seriously affects the output and product quality of the unit,and even leads to belt breaking accidents.Based on design drawings,mechanical theory and field examples,this paper analyzes the causes of strip deviation in continuous production line.The research shows that the manufacturing and installation accuracy of mechanical equipment does not meet the design requirements is the main factor causing strip steel deviation;Uneven coil shape and bad plate shape of incoming strip steel will cause strip steel deviation;The misalignment of the inner and outer rings of the finished steel coil is not only affected by the installation accuracy of the equipment,but also greatly related to the setting of the threading tension parameters and the performance of the belt winding aid;The centering accuracy of the strip steel before and after the weld will cause the strip steel to deviate when passing through the weld.The research results have been verified by the on-site examination.It has extensive reference significance.
