重视糖尿病酮症酸中毒的识别和规范诊治 被引量：4

Attaching importance to the identification,standardized diagnosis and treatment of diabetic ketoacidosis in children

摘要 糖尿病酮症酸中毒(DKA)是儿童糖尿病常见的急性并发症之一,临床中易误诊、漏诊。加强对DKA的认识,早期识别并及时规范治疗DKA对减少并发症和死亡率、改善预后至关重要。DKA治疗中应注意识别并及时处理脑损伤,减少死亡率和后遗症的发生。
