In this paper,the application of mobile igniter in pellet sintering was briefly introduced from the sintering process of pellet factory.The structure of the portable igniter and the functional characteristics and working principle of each part are introduced in detail.Mobile igniter has the advantage of mobile ignition sintering,in the process of continuous walking on the fixed material ignition sintering.Its unique structure design to ensure that the igniter in the process of walking to obtain gas fuel continuous supply,realize the process of walking to the material ignition sintering process,from fixed sintering process to mobile sintering process,significantly saving sintering plant investment;The water seal gas device realizes the flexible connection of gas pipeline,solves the problem of obtaining gas in the process of moving equipment,and achieves the expected design effect.
