COVID-19疫情前后深圳市南山区伤害监测数据变化分析 被引量:2

Changess in Injury Surveillance Data in the Nanshan District of Shenzhen City during the COVID-19 Pandemic

摘要 目的通过分析新型冠状病毒感染(COVID-19)疫情前后深圳市南山区伤害监测点数据变化,探索COVID-19疫情对辖区伤害发生情况的影响。方法收集2017—2021年深圳市南山区伤害监测哨点医院监测数据,描述分析监测对象人口学特征,并采用中断时间序列方法分析COVID-19疫情前后伤害及各种伤害类型的变化趋势。结果2017—2021年伤害监测分别报告56908、56386、57888、47076和53001人。COVID-19疫情暴发后,造成伤害病例数较疫情暴发前显著降低(β_(2)=-1164.56,P<0.01),其中有4种伤害类型的病例数降低明显,降幅由高到低依次为动物伤(β_(2)=-391.42,P<0.01)、钝器伤(β_(2)=-206.12,P<0.001)、刀/锐器伤(β_(2)=-129.70,P<0.05)、道路交通伤害(β_(2)=-51.97,P<0.05);跌倒/坠落伤和道路交通伤害病例数呈逐月上升趋势,增长速度较之前有所增加(β_(3)=47.48,P<0.01;β_(3)=6.98,P<0.001)。对于伤害程度,疫情暴发后,轻度伤害病例数显著降低(β_(2)=-1429.30,P<0.01);疫情期间的重度病例数增长速度较之前有所增加(β_(3)=6.17,P<0.001)。结论COVID-19疫情暴发后,深圳市南山区的伤害监测病例数有所减少,其中动物伤、钝器伤、刀/锐器伤、道路交通伤病例数显著减少。另外,要重视重度伤害的预防和诊疗。 Objective To explore impact of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)on injuries by analyzing the data ofinjury survellance sites in the Nanshan District of Shenzhen City before and after the COVID-19 epidemic..Methods The injury surveillance data(2017 to 2021)from the Emergency Department of Sentinel Hospital in the Nanshan District of Shenzhen were collected and analyzed.Demographic characteristics of injuried patients were described.Interrupted time-series analyses were used to assess trend differences of injury before and after the COVID-19 pandemic.Results From 2017 to 2021,the number of injury cases were 56908,56386,57888,47076 and 53001,respectively.After the outbreak of COVID-19,the number of injury cases was significantly lower than before the outbreak(β_(2)=-1164.56,P<0.01).Among them,the numbers of four types of injury were significantly decreased:animal injury(β_(2)=-391.42,P<0.01),blunt object injury(β_(2)=-206.12,P<0.001),knife/sharp object injury(β_(2)=-129.70,P<0.05),and road traffic injury(β_(2)=-51.97,P<0.05).The numbers of fall and road traffic injuries increased month by month,and the growth rates were higher than before(β_(3)=47.48,P<0.01;β_(3)=6.98,P<0.001).For the degree of injury,the number of mild injury cases decreased significantly after the outbreak(β_(2)=-1429.30,P<0.01).The growth rate of severe cases during the epidemic was higher than that before(β_(3)=6.17,P<0.001).Conclusions After the outbreak of COVID-19,the number of injury surveillance cases in Nanshan District of Shenzhen decreased.Significant reductions were the number of animal injury,blunt injury,knife/sharp instrument injury and road traffic injury.Thus,attention should be paid to the prevention and treatment of severe injuries.
