摘要
以输水线路跨越河南和河北两个省份的引黄入冀补淀工程为例,在概述工程规模及水土流失程度的基础上,从主线选线、主体工程占地、弃渣场合理性等方面对该工程水土保持展开分析及评价。结果显示,主体工程所采用的南线方案与北线方案在占地面积、地表扰动面积、水保设施损坏面积及工后恢复程度等方面完全一致,而在耕地林地破坏面积、弃渣场数量及弃渣量、土石方开挖及回填量、水土流失防治费用等方面明显较好;在南线方案下,还能不避开不良地质区域,弃渣场数量及弃渣量均较小,可通过工后工程措施和植物措施的综合应用,取得较好的水土保持效果。
Taking the Yellow River-to-Baiyangdian Water Transfer Project as an example,which crosses two provinces of Henan and Hebei,this article analyzes and evaluates the soil and water conservation of the project from aspects such as the main line selection,the land occupation of the main project,and the rationality of the abandoned slag field,based on an overview of the project scale and the degree of soil erosion.The results show that the south route scheme adopted by the main project is completely consistent with the north route scheme in terms of land occupation area,surface disturbance area,damaged area of water and soil conservation facilities and degree of recovery after construction,while it is obviously better in terms of damaged area of cultivated land and forest land,number of waste disposal sites and waste slag amount,earthwork excavation and backfilling amount,water and soil loss prevention costs,etc.Under the south route scheme,it is not necessary to avoid unfavorable geological areas.The number of waste disposal areas and the amount of waste slag are relatively small.Better water and soil conservation effect can be achieved through the comprehensive application of post construction engineering measures and vegetation measures.
