为了减少洪涝灾害对城市带来的破坏影响,除了加强河道治理以外,还应从外部环境入手,推动城市防洪工程建设发展。在这一过程中,可以在防洪工程中加强扶壁式防洪墙的应用,充分利用该建筑装置的防洪功能,为城市打造一个安全稳定的防洪屏障。为了实现这一目标,文章首先结合实际工程案例,介绍了扶壁式防洪墙在某河道工程中的应用,探讨了如何进行扶壁式防洪墙设计,才能更好地满足防洪要求。最后分析了扶壁式防洪墙本身在使用上的缺陷,并提出了一些新型的防洪墙应用案例,能够有效弥补传统扶壁式防洪墙的缺陷,提升城市防洪质量水平。

In order to reduce the destructive impact of flood disasters on the city,in addition to strengthening river regulation,we should also start from the external environment to promote the construction and development of urban flood control projects.In this process,we can strengthen the application of buttress flood wall in flood control projects,make full use of the flood control function of this building device,and create a safe and stable flood control barrier for the city.In order to achieve this goal,the article first introduces the application of buttress flood wall in a flood control project in a river engineering,combining with the actual project case,and discusses how to design the buttress flood wall to better meet the flood control requirements.Finally,the paper analyzes the defects of buttress flood wall itself in use,and puts forward some new application cases of flood wall,which can effectively compensate for the defects of traditional buttress flood wall and improve the quality of urban flood control.
