小型水库除险加固中锥探灌浆技术的应用

Application of Cone Grouting Technology in the Reinforcement of Small Reservoirs

以位于利水河上游的封开县小(1)型都斛水库为例,在概述该水库建造技术水平、运行实际及病害现状的基础上,提出对坝体实施锥探灌浆的除险加固措施方案。从施工参数确定、施工进度安排及灌浆材料选用等方面展开施工方案设计,并对注水试验、测放及造孔、制浆及灌浆、终止灌浆及封孔等施工阶段进行了详细分析与探讨,所总结出的水库坝段锥探灌浆施工技术要点对于类似工程具有普遍适用性。

Taking the small(1)Duhu Reservoir in Fengkai County,which is located in the upper reaches of Lishui River,as an example,on the basis of summarizing the construction technology level,operation practice and disease status of the reservoir,the reinforcement measures for the dam body with cone grouting are proposed.The construction scheme design is carried out from the determination of construction parameters,construction schedule and selection of grouting materials.The construction stages such as water injection test,setting out,hole making,slurry making and grouting,termination grouting and hole sealing are analyzed and discussed in detail.The summarized key points of cone grouting construction technology for reservoir dam section are generally applicable to similar projects.
