摘要
混凝土面板是水库堆石坝体的主体坝身防渗体,其施工质量影响着水库功能任务的有效发挥,滑模施工技术能保障混凝土面板施工质量达到设计标准。为此,结合某水库大坝混凝土面板滑模施工技术应用展开分析研究。结果表明,了解水库大坝工程概况,遵循大坝混凝土面板施工程序及施工工艺流程,实施面板混凝土滑模浇筑相关施工技术(施工技术准备、测量和乳化沥青等八个方面的施工),重点分析研究滑模面板混凝土浇筑技术,解决三角块(异形块)混凝土浇筑与混凝土面板的养护,为混凝土面板工程质量提供技术支撑,可为类似工程提供参考。
Concrete panel is the main anti-seepage body of rockfill dam reservoir.Its construction quality affects the effective play of reservoir function.The sliding form construction technology can ensure that the construction quality of concrete panel reaches the design standard.Therefore,the application of the sliding form construction technology of concrete panel of a reservoir dam is analyzed and studied.The results show that,by understanding the general situation of reservoir dam project of the project,following the dam concrete panel construction procedures and construction process,implementating the concrete panel synovial pouring related construction technology,which includes construction technology preparation,measurement and emulsified asphalt,and other eight aspects of construction,focusing on the analysis and research of sliding form slab concrete pouring technology,the triangle block(special block)concrete and concrete panel curing are solved.The study provides technical support for concrete panel quality,which can provide reference for similar projects.
