摘要
库尔楚流域存在缺乏山区控制性调蓄工程,灌区灌溉季节性缺水严重,防洪能力不足,用水结构不合理,工业用水比例偏低,流域地下水超采严重等问题,修建库尔楚水库提高地表水利用率。库尔楚水库每年6月底运行到死水位,从7月开始从死水位蓄水至正常蓄水位,利用汛期和非灌溉期余水解决灌区春季灌溉、工业缺水,在次年2月份可蓄至正常蓄水位。水库建成后,将使0.16万hm^(2)农田、果林得到适时灌溉,保障197.89万m^(3)的工业供水保证率和供水量,可实现流域水资源的优化配置,促进流域水资源利用、生态与灌区社会经济的可持续发展。
There are some problems in Kuerchu Basin,such as lack of controlled regulation and storage projects in mountainous areas,serious seasonal water shortage in irrigation areas,insufficient flood control capacity,unreasonable water structure,low proportion of industrial water use,and serious overdrawing of groundwater in the basin,etc.Therefore,the Kuerchu Reservoir was built to improve the utilization rate of surface water.The water level of Kulchu Reservoir is lowered to the dead water level at the end of June every year.The water will be stored from the dead water level to the normal water level from July.The residual water in flood season and non-irrigation season can be used to solve the irrigation and industrial water shortage problem in spring in the irrigation area.It can be stored to normal water level in February of the following year.After the completion of the reservoir,16,000 hm^(2) of farmland and fruit forest will be timely irrigated.In addition,it can ensure the industrial water supply rate and water supply of 1,978,900 m^(3).The reservoir can realize the optimal allocation of water resources in the basin and promote the sustainable development of water resources ecological utilization and social and economic sustainable in the irrigation area.
