现阶段,数字信息技术在科技革命的广泛交叉和深度融合中不断创新,特别是传感技术、计算机与智能技术、通信技术和控制技术等信息技术在全球快速发展,使得信息技术已成为支撑当今社会生活和各项工作的基石,成为推动社会各个领域产业变革的着力点和聚焦点,而智慧水利就是在信息技术的基础上发展起来,并应用到水利行业中。文章首先介绍智慧水利的产生背景与含义,阐述建设智慧水利的必要性,并提出具体应用措施,以期提高基层水库运行管理水平。

At present,digital information technology is constantly innovating in the broad intersection and deep integration of scientific and technological revolution,especially the rapid development of information technology such as sensor technology,computer and intelligent technology,communication technology and control technology in the world,making information technology has become the cornerstone of supporting today’s social life and various work,as well as the focus of promoting industrial reform in various fields of society.Intelligent water conservancy is developed on the basis of information technology and applied to water conservancy industry.The background and meaning of intelligent water conservancy are firstly introduced in this paper.Then,the necessity of building intelligent water conservancy is expounded.Finally,specific application measures are put forward.It is hoped to improve the operation and management level of grass-roots reservoir.
