基于人脸识别的电力移动终端身份信息认证方法

摘要 电力移动终端身份信息认证效果差,主要是因为当前的人脸识别过程过于依赖数据特征的完整性,为增强整体认证性能,提出一种基于GMM碰撞思维的电力移动终端人脸信息身份认证方法。获取电力移动终端人脸图像,图像预处理后对该图像实行肤色聚类和非线性色彩变换,以此完成人脸图像检测;基于检测结果,采用主成分分析法提取人脸图像特征,此刻不再简单地进行特征对比,而是将提取的少量特征输入到建立的GMM(Gaussian Mixed Model)分离器中进行匹配,匹配过程中运用特征碰撞思想。根据很少的特征匹配结果,匹配出更多准确特征,可获取最终人脸识别结果,降低大范围特征对比过程复杂程度,实现身份信息准确认证。实验结果表明:通过对该方法测试错误拒绝率、错误接收率测试和相等错误率测试,验证该方法的实用性强、认证精度高。 The poor authentication effect of power mobile terminal identity information is mainly because the current face recogni-tion process pays too much attention to the integrity of data features.In order to enhance the overall authentication performance,a GMM collision based face information identity authentication method of power mobile terminal is proposed.Acquiring a face image of a power mobile terminal,and performing skin color clustering and nonlinear color transformation on the image after image preprocess-ing to complete face image detection;Based on the detection results,the principal component analysis method is used to extract the features of the face image.At this moment,instead of simply comparing the features,a small number of extracted features are input into the GMM(Gaussian mixed model)separator established for matching.The idea of feature collision is used in the matching process.According to few feature matching results,more accurate features can be matched to obtain the final face recognition results,reduce the complexity of the large-scale feature comparison process,and achieve accurate authentication of identity information.The experimental results show that the method has strong practicability and high authentication accuracy by testing the error rejection rate,
