混凝土搅拌站远程监控平台的研究与开发 被引量:2

Research and development of remote monitoring platform for concrete mixing plant

摘要 随着城乡建设的不断发展,市场对混凝土的需求量不断变多,其质量标准越来越高,对混凝土搅拌设备的要求也愈发严格,从发展的角度看,国内混凝土搅拌站的控制系统很大的提升空间。因此,开发智能化、集成化程度高的搅拌站系统是目前需要解决的现实问题。利用西门子S7-1200 PLC作为控制器,运用模糊PID算法,提高混凝土自动化生产中骨料、砂石、水泥称重的速度和精度;通过设置HMI组态界面参数改变配比,实现对混凝土搅拌站的智能控制,实现柔性生产。仿真结果表明该控制系统能够实现混凝土搅拌站的功能并且可以很好地展现工作流程。控制过程可视、智能、实效。该设计方法对混凝土搅拌站设计具有一定的借鉴作用。 With the continuous development of urban and rural construction,the market demand for concrete is increasing,its quality standards are higher and higher,and the requirements for concrete mixing equipment are more and more strict.From the per-spective of development,the control system of domestic concrete mixing station has a lot of room for improvement.Therefore,the de-velopment of intelligent and highly integrated mixing station system is a practical problem to be solved.In this paper,Siemens s7-1200 PLC is used as the controller and fuzzy PID algorithm is used to improve the speed and accuracy of weighing aggregate,sand and cement in concrete automatic production;By setting HMI configuration interface parameters and changing the proportion,the intelligent control of concrete mixing plant and flexible production are realized.The simulation results show that the control system can realize the function of concrete mixing plant and show the work flow well.The control process is visual,intelligent and effective.The design method can be used for reference in the design of concrete mixing plant.
