摘要
在临床使用的器械中,腔镜器械具有独特的结构,不便于清洗,因此,容易对患者的治疗带来风险,需要细致的维护。常规对腔镜器械维护效果的监测装置能力较弱,误差率和使用时间都需要进行优化。因此,本研究基于ATP生物荧光检测方法,结合三维坐标系,对腔镜器械中残留分子进行更精确的特征识别,从而构建出腔镜器械维护效果的自动监测装置。实验结果表明,与现有的其他方法相比,本研究提出的自动监测装置监测误差率更低,消耗时间更少,对微生物的识别率更好,更符合临床对腔镜器械维护效果监测的需求。
In the clinical use of instruments,endoscopic instruments have a unique structure,not easy to clean,so easy to bring risks to the treatment of patients,need careful maintenance.The conventional monitoring device for the maintenance effect of endo-scope equipment is weak and the error rate and service time need to be optimized.Therefore,based on the ATP bioluminescence de-tection method and combined with the threedimensional coordinate system,this study conducted more accurate feature identification of the residual molecules in the endoscope instrument,so as to build an automatic monitoring device for the maintenance effect of the en-doscope instrument.The experimental results show that compared with other existing methods,the automatic monitoring device pro-posed in this study has a lower monitoring error rate,less time consumption,better identification rate of microorganisms,and is more in line with the clinical needs for monitoring the maintenance effect of endoscopic instruments.
