Comparative Analysis and Research on the Cultivation Status of High-Tech Enterprises in Wuhan

高新技术企业是经济高质量发展的重要引擎,促进高新技术企业发展对于打造科技强国具有重要意义。聚焦武汉市高新技术企业发展,总结武汉市高新技术企业培育发展现状,比较武汉、北京、上海和深圳的高新技术企业培育环境,据此分析高新技术企业培育发展过程中的问题,并围绕提升企业创新能力、培育领军企业、加强高端人才引进、加大金融支持力度提出针对性的政策建议。

High-tech enterprises are an important engine for high-quality economic development.Promoting the development of high-tech enterprises is important for building a powerful country in science and technology.I focused on the development of high-tech enterprises in Wuhan.I have summarized the current situation of Wuhan high-tech enterprise cultivation and development.Then compared the nurturing environment of high-tech enterprises in Wuhan,Beijing,Shanghai and Shenzhen.Based on this,I analyzed the problems in the process of high enterprise cultivation and development.Finally,I put forward some targeted policy suggestions.The suggestions mainly focus on four aspects:improving the innovation ability of enterprises,cultivating leading enterprises,strengthening the introduction of high-end talents,and increasing financial support.
