数字经济背景下复合创新型人才培养模式研究——以产业经济学研究生为例

在我国数字经济加速推进的大背景下,产业经济呈现出新的发展特点,这对产业经济学研究生人才的培养质量和培养模式改革也提出了新的要求。培养具有活跃创新思维、扎实专业知识以及突出实践能力的全方面综合发展的复合创新型人才,成为新时代产业经济学研究生人才培养的重点方向。同时,由于当前人才培养过程中存在的实践教学不足、专业间学科壁垒难以打破、数字技术与教育教学融合不深、人才培养与社会需求脱节等问题,产业经济学研究生人才培养模式亟需发展创新,高校应充分发挥团队制培养模式的优势和作用,有机整合多元化培养主体的协同优势,以培养符合时代需求的高端人才。

Under the background of accelerated promotion of digital economy in our country,industrial economy presents new characteristics of development,and it also puts forward new requirements for the cultivation quality and reform of training mode of graduate students in industrial economics,so cultivating compound innovative talents with active innovative thinking,solid professional knowledge and outstanding practical ability becomes a key direction for the training of industrial economics graduate students in the new era.At the same time,due to the lack of practical teaching in the current talent training process,the difficulty of breaking disciplinary barriers between majors,the insufficient integration of digital technology and teaching,and the disconnection between talent training and social needs,it is urgent to develop and innovate the talent training mode of industrial economics graduate students,and the advantages and functions of the team system training mode should be given full play.And colleges and universities should organically integrate the synergistic advantages of diversified training subjects,and cultivate high-end talents in line with the needs of the era.
