“卓越计划2.0”背景下专创融合人才培养体系研究

Research on the Training System of Integrated Talents under the Background of“Excellence Program 2.0”

依据教育部“卓越计划2.0”的要求,高校应积极推动创新创业教育与专业教育紧密结合,努力打造创新创业教育体系,以提升学生的创新创业能力、创业意识和创新精神。基于专创融合人才培养体系的研究与实践,以设计思维框架为载体,探索如何将创业教育深度融入专业教育。以软件工程专业课程体系改革为例,通过探索高效、可落地的人才培养方案与实施路径,切实提升人才培养质量,推动专创融合人才培养体系构建与完善。

According to the requirements of the“Excellence Program 2.0”of the Ministry of Education,universities should actively promote the close integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education with professional education,strive to reform the innovation and entrepreneurship education system,and enhance students'innovation and entrepreneurship ability,awareness,and spirit.Based on the research and practice of the talent training system of professional and creative integration,this paper takes the design thinking framework as the carrier to explore the deep integration of entrepreneurship education into professional education.Taking the reform of the software engineering curriculum system as an example,we aim to form an efficient and practical talent training plan and implementation path,effectively improve the quality of talent training,and promote the construction and improvement of a talent training system that integrates expertise and innovation.
